Where can I find the ACC Application?

Accepted Answer

The ACC Application can be found on The Bridges HOA APP under the 'ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL' tab.  The application can be downloaded and shared to your email to print and complete.
 
Hard copies of the Application are also available within the clubhouse event flyer display or management office.  
 
Instructions for completing the Application are included on the first page of the application.  For questions please contact Ellen Broder (ebroder@grsmgt.com).

How do I submit my application?

Submit your application with all required documents/information/checks to the management office via:
 
Mail: 8576 Golden Gate Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33446
Management Drop Box: Located to the left of the clubhouse exterior doors
Or with the management office staff during office hours

When does the ACC Committee Meet?

The ACC Committee meets on the third Friday of every month at 9:00 am.
