Where can I find the ACC Application?

The ACC Application can be found on The Bridges HOA APP under the 'ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL' tab. The application can be downloaded and shared to your email to print and complete. Hard copies of the Application are also available within the clubhouse event flyer display or management office. Instructions for completing the Application are included on the first page of the application. For questions please contact Ellen Broder (ebroder@grsmgt.com).
How do I submit my application?

Submit your application with all required documents/information/checks to the management office via: Mail: 8576 Golden Gate Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33446 Management Drop Box: Located to the left of the clubhouse exterior doors Or with the management office staff during office hours
When does the ACC Committee Meet?

The ACC Committee meets on the third Friday of every month at 9:00 am.

What is the waste pickup schedule?

Refuse, recycling and bulk items are picked up as follows. Tuesdays - Refuse Garbage & Recycling Fridays - Refuse Garbage, Yard Waste, Bulk (max 3 items)
When can you bring bins out and when must you bring back in?

Trash bins may be placed at the curb after 5:00 pm, the day before pick up. Bin should not be placed on a grass area since it interferes with mowing. Trash and recycle bins must be placed out of view of the road and your neighbor’s property by 7:00 pm the day of pickup.
How can I order new bins?

Items to be recycled should be placed in the blue and yellow containers that may be obtained (at no cost) by calling 866.NEW.BINS (866.639.2467) or by submitting the Bin Order Form through their website (https://www.swa.org/FormCenter/Recycling-3/Recycling-Bin-Order-Form-43).

Where can you find The Bridges Sales and Rental Applications?

All of our sales applications are on our website www.thebridgeshoa.com under community and moving in (https://www.thebridgeshoa.org/realestate). Instructions for submitting the application are included on the first page.
How do I get a new car decal?

Submit the New Car Decal request on The Bridges HOA APP under the 'Management' tab. Or contact Deandre Young direct at dyoung@grsmgt.com or 561-404-9256. You will need a check made out to The Bridges HOA for $15 and a copy of the vehicle registration.
