THE PURSUIT OF A HEALTHIER YOU

The Bridges offers residents of all ages plenty of ways to stay fit and healthy while having fun within the community. Residents can work out at the fully equipped fitness center, open 24 hours a day, and featuring custom cardio and strength equipment, or they can do their workouts inside the fitness studio for yoga, Pilates, dance or other forms of in-studio exercise.

Residents looking for a more sports oriented workout can build up their strength and endurance by shooting hoops with friends at the large indoor sports complex, located within the clubhouse, or at the outdoor basketball court.

 

After your workout, don’t forget to refresh in the men's and women's locker rooms each equipped with showers, lockers and sauna.

THE BRIDGES FITNESS PROGRAM

In addition to the impressive fitness facilities, The Bridges also offers a full fitness program for those residents who prefer a more personalized fitness experience. The program, led by Body Wellness and its team of certified and licensed instructors, includes unlimited and FREE weekly group fitness classes, while those looking for an even more personalized one-on-one training, can by appointment and separate fee, work with a Body Wellness personal trainer.

FITNESS CLASSES

The Bridges Fitness Program is operated and managed by Body Wellness, whose fitness and wellness programs inspire, teach and care for the many residents of The Bridges. Residents have unlimited and free access to all weekly fitness classes, which are facilitated by certified, licensed fitness professionals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Body Wellness offers personal training for residents interested in taking their health & fitness to the next level. After an evaluation is done to determine your health and physical status, your licensed trainer will discuss your personal objectives and tailor a program to help you reach your fitness goals.
