The Bridges is a community of 591 Single Family Homes located in Delray Beach, FL.  The community offers a magnificent 17,000 total square foot clubhouse and will feature an elegant social hall with a catering kitchen that is a great place to host a party. Fitness enthusiasts will soon be able to keep in shape at the yoga studio, fully equipped fitness center with locker rooms and saunas. For sports lovers seeking an air-conditioned alternative to outdoor play.  The Bridges Clubhouse will include an indoor sports court for basketball, volleyball or any other activity you can imagine.

The clubhouse also offers a card salon with poker tables, a gaming room and a children’s center. The poolside bistro will give residents a casual place to grab a snack while enjoying the great outdoors. The resort-style swimming pool and spa will be surrounded by a spacious pool deck and shade cabanas. Children who live at The Bridges will be able to enjoy an aqua lot, wading pool and shaded playground adjacent to a large party pavilion. Tennis enthusiasts can play in a league, take lessons or just catch a match with friends on The Bridges Six Har-Tru courts and One Hard Court, lighted for night play. Association Financial Information:

Each home is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter.  Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. Applications that include instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Management office are provided on the Moving-In page of this website.
